BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS CLIMBS ABOARD THE REGAL SUMMER MOVIE EXPRESS
Regal Entertainment Group Gives Club Members an Opportunity to Beat the Summer Heat by Combining Movie Fun with Summer Learning
As part of Regal Entertainment Group’s Summer Movie Express, Regal is treating the Kayton Frazier Boys & Girls Club youth to enjoy blockbuster hits and beat the heat this summer. Through a partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Regal Entertainment Group is providing the Club with a grant to help cover expenses like transportation, snacks and low-cost tickets for its members.Our Boys & Girls Club of is receiving one of 80 grants that will be awarded this summer by Regal Entertainment Group. As part of the initiative, Regal Cinema located at the Savannah Mall will offer Club members $1 admission to a predetermined G or PG rated movie.,
For Club members, the Regal Summer Movie Express program also provides an opportunity for fun with a purpose—including the chance for Boys & Girls Club of to implement learning activities that incorporate the Regal experience.such as establishing a book club to read a movie themed book. "Regal Entertainment Group is proud to partner with local Boys & Girls Clubs through these grants to cover their costs such as transportation,” said Russ Nunley vice president marketing and communications for Regal Entertainment Group. "Regal believes that this summertime series for kids helps to instill a love of movie-going in the next generation.”
