Barry Baker, Director of the Department of Recreation for the City of Savannah was presented the Frank Callen Caring For Kids Award at the Blue Door Celebration Dinner. Mr. Baker has served in his position for 24 years leading perhaps one of the finest municipal recreation departments in the country. It is estimated that over the years, tens of thousands of youth have benefited from programs that come under his leadership.
